Varleit’s Commission Information

Terms of Service:
* Only accepting PayPal as payment (USD currency)
* Upfront payment is required after the sketch has been approved by the client.
* The client is allowed unlimited revisions during sketching phase until they are satisfied, extra charges may be applied if additional details are added.
* Revisions are not allowed after sketch approval except changing color on some minor part (during coloring progress) * there will be additional cost for urgent revision during this phase.
* Once payments are received there are no refunds.
* Commission process can take between 2-3 weeks AFTER the payment has been made and the draft approved. Completion before hand will result in earlier contact with the client if that is the case.
* If you use or upload the artwork somewhere credit must be given
* Additional fees may be added for the following: Generally ornate armors, complicated weapons, extremely patterned outfits, mecha design, dragon, beast, non-humans, etc.
* Submitting the commission request indicates you agree to all of the ToS above.
(The request format can be found at the end of this document and must be followed.)I will draw:
* Character Fanart
* OCs with pre-established designs (references provided)
* Mechas, Dragons, Beasts, non-humansI will NOT draw:
* Creating designs for an OC/ VTuber model.
* Character reference sheet.
* Depictions of underage (looking as well) characters in inappropriate or NSFW situations. NO EXCEPTIONS.Commission Types:
Bust-up/Chibi: $50

Half Body: $75

Full Body: $100

+Backgrounds: $25 to $50 (depends on the complexity)

* Should something happen there may be a delay between commissions and I will inform the client or post publicly if so. Please do not dm me for updates on commission progress unless a long period has passed without updates (like a month or so)CONTACT
